Note
According to the authors, the lrp4 region is complicated because it is partially annotated in GRCz10, but the sequences targeted with the TALENs are not included in the annotation. The targeted sequence was previously annotated in Ensembl's Zv9 assembly from which the TALENs were designed. Sequencing of lrp4 cDNA produces sequence that BLASTs to this unannotated region of chromosome 7, supporting the idea that this TALEN pair does target lrp4.
