Definition:	A secondary carboxamide resulting from the formal condensation of the carboxy group of 4-{methyl[4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]sulfamoyl}benzoic acid with the amino group of 4-(pyridin-2-yl)-1,3-thiazol-2-amine. It is a casein kinase 1α activator (Kd = 32 nM) that inhibits WNT signaling (EC50 = 30 nM).
