An N-glycoprotein resulting from the formal condensation of the side-chain carboxamide group of the L-asparagine residue at positions 417 and 448 of the genome polyprotein of hepatitus C virus subtype 1a (positions 35 and 66 in PMID:18187336, respectively) with the hemiacetal group of D-mannosylated α-D-Manp-(1→3)-[α-D-Manp-(1→6)]-β-D-Manp-(1→4)-β-D-GlcpNAc-(1→4)-D-GlcpNAc. The position of one of the mannosyl groups is not known; in the structure shown, one of the R atoms represents a D-mannopyranosyl group; all remaining R atoms = H. |
