ABSTRACT:
ZFIN's curation of data includes the assignment of Gene Ontology (GO) controlled vocabulary terms. Genes are annotated with terms
from three ontologies (Molecular Function, Biological Process, and
Cellular Component). This reference is used in conjunction with GO
annotation to "unknown" functions, processes, or components, and indicates that no biological data relevant to the assignment of GO terms was found at the
time the record was reviewed by a ZFIN curator. To obtain more detailed information about this process or to send comments, please contact
