The 8x multimerized heat shock-sensitive promoter elements (from Czerny (Bajoghli et al., 2004, Dev. Biol. 271, pp. 416-430)) drive transcription bidirectionally. On one side of the promoter is ntla fused to 3x myc tag (ref. grunwald) with the SV40 poly-A sequence. On the other side is eGFP with the bGH poly-A sequences. The genes are flanked by Tol2 recognition sites.
