Fig. S7 mir92a duplex-induced pharyngeal cartilage defects could be partially rescued by dorsomorphin treatment, related to Figure 7. Embryos injected with 10 µM mir92a duplex were treated in 5 µM dorsomorphin at 36 hpf and stained at 80 hpf for head cartilages with Alcian blue. Pharyngeal cartilage defects were categorized into groups P1 - P3 and the ratio of each group was indicated in the corresponding picture.
